Children: Heather and Jacque

      After graduating, I worked for Swifts in Sioux City, ran a cafe in Decatur, worked construction and spent years at IBP.

     I married and lived on a farm near Hinton, IA.  I was busy with chickens, gardens, my daughters, and Uncle Frankie.

     Trips to London, Denmark, Hawaii, Hong Kong, and the Caribbean added spice to my life.  I also worked as an aide in homes and as a waitress at Theo's Steak House.

     Last year, I realized I didn't need a husband or a garden to eat, so I got rid of both.  My life the past 25 years has been full of feathers and manure.  Now I'm planning on going to school.
