Hi Sherry,

I was going through the Decatur website and saw that my profile is way out of date.  I have lived in Naples, Florida for 2 years now and I am mostly retired, collecting social security.  I play golf two or three times a week and work a little in between.  This year we spent two weeks in Edmonds, Washington visiting the grandkids.  The oldest grandchild is now 18 and just graduated from high school.  The others are 16, a junior, 14, a freshman, and 11, a 6^th grader. 

By the way, I plan to stop by Linn Creek sometime in the fall probably so I would love to get together whenever that happens.  We haven’t yet planned beyond having the idea so I will let you know when we plan something and we will see how it works out.

        2.  Spouse's name and where he/she was born – Diane (Stevens) True, Akron, OH via Pulaski, TN

        3.  How/where did you meet your spouse – We met in a parking lot of an apartment complex where we were each living, separately at the time, in Denver, Colorado. 

        4.  Your occupation before retirement – Business Consultant to construction companies.  This business has evolved over the years but now I mainly do software implementations and develop custom reports. 

        5.  Did you attend college or special schooling – Bachelors degree Civil Engineering, University of Colorado plus post graduate software training

        6.  Your spouse's occupation before retirement – Realtor, still working. 

        7.  Favorite place (city/state) where you have lived and why – Right here in upstate NY.  Small town feel, close to NY City, Boston, Adirondacks.  Plenty of boating, hiking and entertainment.  Great neighborhood.  Second place, Englewood, Colorado.  Still have very good friends there and may go back someday.  We also have a condo in Naples, Florida where we expect to spend a few years of our retirement – at least the winters!

        8.  How many children, if any – Two girls:  Katie lives in Edmonds, Washington, Michelle lives in Aurora, Colorado

        9.  Grandchildren?  - Four, all by Katie, ages 15, 13, 11 and soon to be 9.

        10.  Special hobbies – I like to camp, travel, canoe/kayak, play guitar, golf

        11.  Any other details you care to share -  Living life to the fullest.  Still working but now mostly from home.  Plan to retire next year.  Looking forward to RV travel.  Bought a 26 foot motor home and plan to spend a couple of months on the road next year then we’ll see if we want to repeat the experience again!
