Kay passed away Feb 2, 1979 in Auburn NE. She was survived by her husband,  Dick Wilson, and four children: Mary Ann Gelster, Rich Wilson, Barbara Jo Fikes, and David Wilson.

     Kay graduated from University of Nebraska and taught second grade briefly in
the Albion and Auburn Public Schools. She married in 1948 and had her first
child in 1954.  She was a homemaker for most of her married life. She
enjoyed reading, keeping a spotless house, and playing and learning with her
children.

     Her husband, Dick, was Vice President of Auburn State Bank and they were
active in civic clubs and activities. She now has 14 grandchildren and
step-grandchildren, all living near Omaha or Auburn.
