     I went to California after graduation and met Frank, who was in the Army.  We married in January 1944 & moved to several Army bases.  We moved to West Virginia in 1946 where Frank worked with the Natural Gas Company.  I worked for the Extension office at one time, which I enjoyed.

     We have traveled since Frank retired in 1986.  We are active in the United Methodist Church, Lions Club, Masons, Eastern Star, and club work of various kinds.

 We have had a very good and happy life that has lasted nearly 50 years.
