Married in 1950 to Maxine Pond, a 1948 graduate.  We have 5 children...3 daughters and 2 sons; 12 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 1 great granddaughter. 

     Worked for many years with the State Highway Department and several years with Peter Kiewit and Sons and 3 other construction companies.  Served 6 years with the 370th Engineering Construction Group of the active Army Reserves.  Presently living in a small village near Kearney, NE and semi-retired.

     I own and operate a polyurethane spray foam business and also do house painting.  

Hobbies include:  Played town team baseball, as pitcher, when younger.  Enjoy gardening, watching sports, playing the harmonica and reading.
