     I received my BA in 1972, earned my MS in 1977 and a Middle School Endorsement in 1988. 

     I miss the people and the scenery around Decatur, my Dad's Sunday fried chicken and my Mom's chicken fried steak.

     I would like to take the opportunity to thank God, my parents and family, friends and classmates, teachers and the people of Decatur who have touched my life in some way, for being there when I was growing up.  This support gave me the self esteem, the work ethic, the social skills, and the courage to go out and become the best person that I could be.  Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.  I will never forget you.
